The Last Dance Episode 5 Jordan Kobe Gear

Fresh off Episode 5 of Michael Jordan’s “The Last Dance” documentary series comes an outfit recap of some of the key sneakers and clothing styles that were spotted on MJ and crew. If you’ve been following the 10-part documentary to date, there’s no doubt Episode 5 was one of the best yet.

It touched upon MJ’s encounter with a 19-year old Kobe Bryant at the 1998 NBA All-Star Game, as well as Michael Jordan’s dominance in the 1992 Barcelona Olympics alongside a stacked roster of fellow NBA superstars like teammate Scottie Pippen and others. Jordan seen sporting an Air Jordan 7 “Nothing But Net” colored outfit including shirt and shorts is also worth mentioning.

For us sneaker freaks, it even touched upon his signature shoe deal with Nike and how the Air Jordan line came to be. MJ’s original Air Jordan 1 Retro Highs were also prominently featured in the iconic “Chicago” colorway when His Airness decided to bring them back for his final 1998 regular-season road game versus the Knicks (despite having sore and bloody feet the whole game, while still putting on an on-court clinic).
